HENNY

Photos of Henny when he was in the animal hospital.  Poor boy - look how swollen his left foot was!!!

These photos were taken 9 days after Henny's surgery.  You can see he puts weight on his leg.  He's on strict cage rest for 3 weeks and he enjoys going out a few times a day to take care of "business".  He is such a good boy in his crate!!!!!

UPDATE:  Henny's leg was healing so well, the pins were taken out and his leg was placed in a splint.  It's a bit cumbersome but he's doing just fine with it!!  He is such a good boy and everyone at the animal hospital fell in love with him while he was there.  Soon the splint will be removed and he will be able to start rehabilitation and then he'll be available for adoption.  At the rate he's improving, he should be available for adoption sooner than the late October date, originally projected.
