We are a 501(c)3 non-profit organization that is dedicated to the welfare of the Border Collie. We are active in rescue from shelters and we assist owners who wish to place their dogs. We depend on donations, adoption fees and profits from the sale of merchandise to take care of the dogs in foster care. Medical bills run very high and donations are always welcome. Take the opportunity to give one of our beloved Border Collies a chance for a better life as we continue to take in unwanted, abandoned, and abused Border Collies. You can help by giving them nurturing temporary homes until we find that perfect, loving, "forever" home that each one deserves. SUCCESS STORY OF THE MONTH "Paxxton" formerly "Mac Quinn"
I adopted Paxxton (formerly Mac Quinn) in June 2008. His
mom was rescued a few days before she delivered 9
puppies known as the Clansmen Litter. For
the past 5 years he has dedicated his life to making
mine better. Paxx is a Casanova - lovin' on everyone
and his heart is made of gold. We bike, hike,
snowshoe and do agility. He loves the beach, and
hangs out under my tripod when we photograph a
sunrise or sunset. But he's just as happy when we
chill and watch a game. We started taking agility
classes 4 years ago for fun and it has evolved into
a major part of our lives. He runs with a patented
smile and jump into my arms after each run. 18
months ago we added another BC pup to the house and
Paxx is the perfect big brother. I want to thank BC
rescue for all the great work you do.
